Share your passion, your strength, and your grace by attending this Sculpt Teacher Training. This training will provide you with 50 hours of education in a class format that we offer at Vibe, Yoga Sculpt. In this training, we will cover the foundation of yoga postures, study the body in movement, and learn the methodology of teaching this practice to others.

This training is ideal if you are interested in surrounding yourself in a learning environment, building tools to become an instructor, or are a current yoga or fitness instructor looking for continuing education.

This course will meet for 35 contact hours and will also require 15 non-contact hours of study. Contact Hours from this program will be qualified Continuing Education Hours with Yoga Alliance per student's request.

• Foundations of Yoga with weights

• Teaching Methodology

• The philosophy of Vibe Sculpt

• Practicum

If you withdraw 8 weeks prior to the start of the training or earlier, you will receive a full refund, less the $25 application fee.

If you withdraw 2 weeks or less from the start of the training, or during the training no refunds will be provided.
